Round table with the participation of archivists and museologists from Sweden and Ukraine

On April 5-7, 2023, Johanna Fries Markiewicz, the Head of conservation of the National Archives of Sweden, and Helene Rånlund, the Director-General of the National Swedish Museums of Military History’s (SFHM), officially visited Kharkiv.
They had meetings with city and region leadership and visited museums and archives of Kharkiv. As part of the visit, a round table, dedicated to current needs of Kharkiv, Kharkiv region and V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University in the field of preservation of cultural heritage, was held. At the round table, Yevhen Rachkov and Olha Vovk made a presentation "Project 'СITY AND WAR': Research and Protection of the Urban Cultural Heritage during the Russian-Ukrainian War."
